Can I only install the Loyalty App on Salesforce?
No, our app is CRM platform agnostic. This means that we can install our loyalty solution on any CRM - whether Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or others.
Is there any technical documentation?
Yes, we have full technical documentation for our Loyalty API and also technical documentation for our customers and partners on how to install and use the app.
Is there a demo/test version of the app?
Naturally. If you are interested, please contact us directly at any time. On request, we can also show you a live demo with many exciting loyalty use cases.
Is a BI tool integrated into the Loyalty Engine?
Please note: The Loyatly Engine is not a BI tool, but you can access all loyalty data in real time via our Loyalty Analytics add-on. On request, you can of course also receive a BI tool from us so that you can visualise all loyalty activities.
Can I also become an implementation partner?
