Corporate Services Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As Corporate Services Manager, you will act as a central interface between projects, customers, internal departments, and external partners. Your varied range of tasks will include in particular:

Project & billing management

  • You will coordinate customer projects and be responsible for their billing
  • You will be in direct contact with customers and suppliers to clarify issues and, in some cases, conduct negotiations independently
  • You will bill projects in customer-specific external systems (e.g., SAP Ariba)
  • You will prepare project controlling and reporting
  • You will be responsible for monthly and annual forecast planning and maintenance

Accounting & bookkeeping support

  • You will check incoming invoices, post them to the relevant projects, and release them in the accounting system
  • You will support the accounting department with invoice allocation and verification
  • You process and check credit card statements

ISO & Compliance

  • You also work in the certified ISO area
  • You coordinate internal and external appointments within the framework of ISO certifications
  • You provide support in the compliance and further development of ISO-relevant processes

Central Services & Administration

  • Central coordination and first point of contact for internal and external contacts
  • General office management, including central telephone reception and (incoming/outgoing) mail
  • Support for fleet management
  • Support for teams in handling customer projects (e.g., mailings), license, contract, and device management
  • You coordinate occupational safety (company doctor, first aiders, fire protection, safety representative)
  • You are responsible for material procurement and purchasing

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • You have completed commercial training or a degree in business administration.
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in corporate services, project management, controlling, or administration.
  • You have experience in project accounting, controlling, and working with ERP and accounting systems (e.g., SAP Ariba).
  • Knowledge of the ISO environment is an advantage.
  • You work in a structured, careful, and independent manner.
  • You are confident and communicative, even when in direct contact with customers.
  • You have good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
